• All room rates include set-up and equipment (excluding AV).
• All AV equipment requires a minimum of 2 hours of technical labor at $ 18/ hour.
• Rates do not include sound or lights.
• Additional labor rates will apply for events outside of normal operating hours.
• Conference groups using multiple rooms or multiple days will receive 10% off total charges.
• Conference groups using multiple rooms for multiple days will receive 20% off total charges.
• Half day = 7am - 1pm OR 1pm - close.
• Rates are subject to increase by 3% rounded to the nearest dollar annually on July 1.
